Ottawa Flying Club

Night Rating

The Night Rating allows an individual to fly a single engine aircraft at night between the hours of civil sunset and civil twilight. The night rating is a perfect continuation of your Private Pilot training, creating enhanced situational
awareness and better airmanship.

Take-off just before sunset and watch the warm glow over the horizon as you cruise along on an evening flight!
